I’ve put out my fair share of dumpster fires and am living proof that inner peace can exist if you’re willing to let it in. What’s helped me get there? A mix of creativity, a deep love for good food, and never taking myself too seriously. Whether I'm painting, playing tennis, or loving up on my fur baby, I try to keep things connected to what brings me joy.

My Approach

I  believe that deep healing happens through connection, humor, and feeling truly seen. I’m not here to “fix” you. I’m here to walk alongside you while you figure out what healing looks like on your terms. Whether you're in survival mode or ready to live life differently, you don’t have to do it alone.
