Her experience spans from children (5+) to adults facing major life changes Liz creates a safe, affirming space for all individuals, including those in the LGBTQ+ community, and approaches each session with empathy, cultural awareness, and evidence-based techniques that support holistic healing and growth.
When I’m not in the therapy room, you can usually find me crafting, tending to my garden, or cuddling with my dog, Brady. I’m a proud foodie with a soft spot for coffee, matcha, and quirky snacks like pickle-dilly raspas and Hot Cheetos with pickles. Fun fact: I once had a trained pig who could sit, stay, and roll over for belly rubs — and yes, she was as adorable as she sounds.
